I first contacted your company about two years ago and was impressed with your service. When a problem arose this morning, Saturday, I phoned but was afraid you would be closed. Not so. A very polite, efficient and friendly voice answered the phone and promptly dispatched a technician, Travis. Travis assessed the situation, we discussed purchasing a new door -- no pressure, no hard sell, just facts and good advice. We are now waiting for our new door! The technician arrived within one hour of me making the appointment! The service was excellent and efficient. If I have one small gripe, it would be that it's clear you use a telephone answering service used, which wasn't very knowledgable. Once I was put through to your company the operator was also not very familiar with the Angie's list promotion and I had to explain it a few times. That said, to have the service booked and completed on the same day is pretty amazing.

Found advert in New Canaan CT yellow pages with local phone number. Called Sat 11AM (4/5/14) after another company failed to show up for Sat morn appointment, scheduled several days earlier. Pleasantly surprised Precision could come same day. This was important since we would be unavailable for another 2 weeks. Certified techs/uniforms and insurance are critical. Phone service rep was well spoken and knowledgeable. Tech quick to identify prob and advise us - spent 2 hours Sat afternoon (4-6PM) to do a large job which turned out to be not only repair of stripped gears, ball bearings etc., but replacement of older springs that were not appropriate for the door. Tech phoned twice to say when he would arrive. Also the e-mail confirmation for the appointment with information about the technicians was an unexpected level of customer service and professionalism that is rare today. The whole experience with Precision was outstanding.

Travis was at our house today fixing one door where a cable broke, then giving both doors a tune-up. He phoned first when 15 minutes away, then phoned again once outside our door. He took a look, explained the problem in detail, it was a less complicated problem than I thought which was a relief. Travis worked efficiently and before he left the doors were not only tuned but spotless on the inside.

Justin arrived during the time frame scheduled. He called before he arrived. I really appreciated the fact that Precision had sent the technicianâ??s name and photo, so I was sure that I was dealing with your representative. Justin quickly identified the problem and installed a new circuit board but found the new board did not work correctly. He made arrangements to return the next day with a new circuit board. In fact, he returned later that night â?? after 6:30 P.M. â?? with the new circuit board explaining that the schedule for the following day was full and he didnâ??t want me to have to wait any longer for the repair. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to our needs.
