I had my garage door rebuilt by Precision in October 2014 and was very satisfied with the great service. Today I was even more satisfied when I experienced a problem and the guarantee was honored. I called and got next day service. Darren was exceptional, professional, friendly, and very skilled. He told me "don't worry, I will take care of things", and indeed he did. Our door stopped working only last evening. So I was pleased to find your site first thing this morning, get an actual person on the line right away (Lisa), and set up a service call for the same day. Darren called to let me know he was on his way and when he got there he sized up the problem quickly. After giving me a number of solution options I decided to go for a replacement part / repair and he got right to it. As it turns out he needed one more small part to complete the job and he started calling around and located one. He'll be back in the morning to complete the job and that suits me fine.

The service technician was very polite and seemed honest the way he represented himself as a company representative. He explained what to be done with my garage problem. He speaks with conviction ,giving advantages and disadvantages between the parts to be replaced and he wanted to be sure that I understood . He waited patiently for my decision . He is not the type of pushing /pressuring customer to buy the expensive parts or the one he likes. He deals with me professionally.

Very efficient company from customer service rep Joshua who listened to my problem and set up my appointment for the following day. Travis the technician called about half hour before coming and was able to diagnose problem, check entire operating and safety controls, and gave me prices for the 2 alternatives, repair or replace. I chose to replace based on age of prior opener, and from info I gave Joshua, Travis had exact replacement opener or part that I might need on the truck. Within an hour and 15 minutes of arriving he was done. At the finish Travis gave me the checklist and detailed statement, and the price for the new and updated Liftmaster with 2 remotes and new keypad was $35 less than my previous install 10 years ago without keypad. Thanks Travis, Joshua and the rest of the Precision team.
