My new garage door is beautiful. It makes everything look better. I will need the other garage door replaced in the late Spring...as soon as all of the snow melts. I was very pleased by the service. My initial contact was with Travis who made everything seem simple. My technician for installation was Ray. Both young men were gentlemen and their knowledge was comforting...also the expert way Ray, in about 2 hours, took out and replaced my existing door...and took the debris away!!! Thanks for all of our help. See you in the Spring.

I called Precision today and within the hour of my call a technician was at my house. He suggested I replace the inside panel to prevent the garage door from opening without my so doing. He also reprogrammed the inside/outside keypads, remote and jeep. I found him to be very reliable and courteous.

Your technician was knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. The door did not reverse direction when a 1" piece of wood was used across the floor track as suggested in the manual. He indicated that even if the door did not pass this test it was not defective. (?) I had the opportunity to show him how to program the remote to control the lights (following the manual)He showed how to operate the door manually in case of power failure and to program the code on the outdoor control. All in all it was a good visit.

The first time we used your services (Oct. 2011), I was very impressed with your office personnel and mostly your technician Darren. The repair the first time went very smoothly and exceeded my expectations as far as time and the knowledge of the product. My next service was today 4/16/12 and once again we had Darren who with out a doubt did his job flawlessly. I have given the Precision name to many other people as the company to deal with. We have decided to change our 3 units in the near future even though we are not having trouble but just to upgrade and once again be dealt with in the most professional manor.

The cable for my door broke and Darren was able to come by earlier then appointed, and this was appreciated since my cars were inside. He performed the repairs and gauged the health of my door system. I did have a couple of other items replaced in order to not have another issue in the near future. The cost was higher then expected, but good work and good parts always cost more. If I have another issue, this is the company I will call again.
