What a great find! Our garage door came unhinged from the rails, and it was a matter of time before this 18' door collapsed on my car. Jesse P. was sent over to save the day! He was very professional, explained to me the situation and gave me the amount of what it would cost to fix it. In addition, he suggested I change the rails on the entire garage door if I wanted to eliminate the noise. He wasn't kidding, my garage door for the past decade always sounded like Jacob Marley's chains in Charles Dicken's, A Christmas Carol. I always thought that noise was normal. Boy was I wrong! Ha! Now, my husband can come in through the garage and not wake up my 19 month old since the garage door is so silent. He upgraded me to a lift master that I can operate from my vehicle and I feel like I am up to date with the tech society. Thank you Jesse and thank you Precision for giving us such excellent service.

The technician was excellent and knowledgeable . The one question I had was, mom wife and I put up all the wiring and backets/braces to hold the garage door opener which saved your technician probably 30 mins of work and yet we were charged for the full $250 plus a service call of $69.95. I would have thought there would have been a price break. I would like to hear your comments on a price break for us. I have recommended your company as they do excellent work and they did work on my house back in July, 2017. Thank You

The whole experience from initial call to final completion of service exceeded our expectations. The technicians Jessie and Rick were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Jessie took his time and examined every mechanism. He then showed us the problem areas & patiently explained our options and costs. Upon completion of the work Jessie ensured everything was functioning properly to our satisfaction and that we understood all the options. The crew replaced both garage door motors, rollers, springs and associated smart controllers. Jessie made sure the work place was spotless before he left. Having the workers arrive in clean uniforms, prominently displayed name tags, a clean new looking van, while also being able to go online and see a picture & read a bio of your technician is a major plus.
