I was very impressed with Precision Door Service. I called on a Thursday and was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate two days later. Francisco, the technician, arrived on time and called ahead. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained all of my options. Even though he was only there to provide an estimate, he ended up having all of the parts in his truck needed to repair my garage door. He completed the job in less than an hour and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the work. Francisco was professional, courteous, and friendly. I will definitely use Precision Door Services in the future when I am ready to replace my garage doors!

Ricardo Clergio came to evaluate my garage door today and advise me on what needed repair and give me a cost estimate. He was great, on-time, patient in his explanation, detailed and very thorough with different options that I could choose from and even better I could do same day service. I was impressed with him and felt very confident with Ricardo. Everything was done in less than in the time frame Ricardo told me. I highly recommend Ricardo...he is very professional, knowledgable and recommend his company with a great deal of value. I gave Precision and Ricardo a 5 star rating!

hello Vincent... I'm not quite sure what warrants the comment "Thieves"? You had requested to have a motor replaced. Our technician came to your residence on 10/14 and determined that your garage is to far from the house and would not pick up the gateway signal. And to quote your feedback on 10/14, "Your tech was honest and told me what I wanted would not work!" We have a $69 service fee to come out to a residence, of which you were charged. On 10/15 I left a message with you advising that we were unable to perform service (but just able to give some HONEST advice) and would be refunding you the $69 service fee!! Honestly, in recent years, we have not experienced such professional attention and service by anyone like we have this company. We called one day and on the following day, you filled our needs. We were given a 4 hr window and the technician arrived within the first half hour. We were so satisfied with our technician, Leo, that we called your office an hour after he was gone to tell the powers that be how impressive he was not only as a technician, but also as a person. He was the ultimate professional, diligent, honest and knowledgeable. He answered every question to our satisfaction and gave us several options of ways to solve our problem, as well as several estimates to have us make an informed decision. He masterfully fixed the problems, tested everything, instructed us for proper use and kept a clean work area. Thank you for fixing our issues and we look forward to having you replace our actual garage doors in the next month or so. We will be calling you again and will be recommending your service to anyone in need. Outstanding.

Leonardo arrived w/helper at time promised. Both were very polite and knowledgeable. After review of my equipment, I was told I required new pulleys. I then asked about 1 of my remotes not working. Within 2 minutes Leonardo's helper had the remote working again. All work completed within about 15 mins. Then to my delight I was told there would be no charge due to Precision's warranty policy. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I bought a package from Angie's list for garage door roller replacement/repair service. My home is new but we had some problem with the open/close of the garage doors. Travis from Precision garage door service came over. He identified the problem is with the sensors attached to the doors. He fixed the problem and also aligned the track for the garage doors for smooth roller movement. The doors are working fine now.

Leo R. provided us with Five Star ***** service on Tuesday, 5/12/15. One of our ancient garage door openers (25+ years) had become inoperable, and Leo reviewed the situation and patiently explained all options. Given the age of our openers, it made sense to replace them both during Leo's visit, especially in light of the reasonable pricing. We appreciate Leo's scheduling to have been flexible enough to perform what was necessary and to ensure the new set-up functioned as well as it does. Its great having the new technology/security/convenience/lifetime warranty. I'm really happy with the service provided by Rick and Precision Door. They said between a certain time and they were there, they assessed the situation with the beam and the brackets and resolved very quickly. They also suggested what to do next with the aging door I have. Never did I feel any pressure or hurried to make any decisions which is key for me. Definitely recommend Precision Door!
