The spring broke on my very large garage door and subsequently needed cables replaced as well on a holiday weekend. Precision somehow fit me in within 24 hours. Julian, my technician, was very professional, polite and thorough. He called me from his previous job to let me know I was next and give me a timing estimate. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very thorough and ended up replacing additional items he found when he did the safety check. Highly recommend Julian and Precision.

I have to say I’m very pleased with the work Leo did! My 3 year old garage wouldn’t go up after the bolts came out of the wall. I wasn’t happy about this, especially with my home being a new build. My neighbor gave me a couple mail flyers she had and Precision was one of them. I didn’t know what to expect or how much it would cost, so I called and asked for a quote. They scheduled a technician to come out the next day. He was very professional by showing up when he said he would and by letting me know what he was going to do. After the repair he showed me what he did to remedy the problem and that made me happy. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you!

I randomly searched for garage door repair and found Precision by chance. It was the best move I made. I called late afternoon on Tuesday and was able to get an early morning appointment the next day! Brian J X Birchler was the techician who came to the job. He arrived on time and was professional, respectful, extremely knowledgeable in his field and kept the work area clean & neat. Needless to say he repaired my garage door opener and it appears as if I have a new door opener. Brian & Precision definitely deserve a 5 star rating!

Leo, the technician that came out, was knowledgeable, helpful, personable and overall a pleasure to meet and work with. While we haven’t completely received all quotes from potential garage door installers, I believe this may be over what we were expecting to pay. Outside of price, the quickness to set up a visit, the continued updates and sticking to the timeframe initially set out were all amazing. And again, we really enjoyed meeting Leo! Thank you for your help!
