The service was perfect. Brian arrived in time. Investigated the problem carefully, tried to repair first, rather than rushing to replace with new parts. In the end, the broken safety sensors were replaced to solve the problem. He also cleaned up very well. The spray on the bearings is a nice free addon. Most importantly, it's on Sunday. It's great to have service on weekends without paying extra! Very satisfied.

I have a lift master garage door opener that started malfunctioning. Precision was able to come out the next day to repair. My technician Leo quickly assessed the problem, laid out my repair options, and even followed up with the company on a cost estimate discrepancy that he was able to get resolved. Satisfied customer!

I was very much satisfied with Brian's service Dec. 26, , for the garage door assembly on my 47 Maltbie Ave. Stamford house. Brian called me a few minutes before arriving, and then arrived on time. He next carefully and thoroughly explained to me the operation of the garage door and how he intended to proceed with its repair (with broken cable and spring on the floor). Although he first thought he would finish in about half an hour, the job took him nearly two hours, as he worked carefully, and thoroughly, since it's an old 1950's door, with some parts today unavailable. He succeeded in restoring its operation, and in the future, based on the brochure he explained and gave to me, I'll be ordering two new doors for the garage. Brian certainly rates five stars! A solid FIVE from the person answering the phone to the technician providing the service. I called and was able to get an appointment the very next day. The technician arrived on time and clearly explained what was involved in the service. He then did some quick trouble shooting on one of my doors not closing properly before performing maintenance. When he was finished, my garage doors were running quieter and smoother and my garage door opener was working. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

Great service. Travis arrived on time to replace springs and safety cables on one my garage doors. He made several recommendations and performed the repair I requested. He was professional, courteous and made the repairs efficiently and in a timely fashion, and was finished within a half hour.

Darren was very friendly, professional, and explained every step that would be needed to fix our old, broken, door-opener and the reasons why! Was here first thing in the morning, as requested, completed the job within an hour! After completing, he went over everything he did and supplied us with the remotes and outside key-pad. I'm pleased to write a very positive report about Darron's work. He first diagnosed the problem - a burned out motor on the garage opener in one bay. He said the solution was a new motor and then described the costs and features of two different models. I chose the model with a built-in battery backup. He installed that model, installed an exterior door opener, and then provided two hand-held openers, one for each of our autombiles. All told, he did excellent work, leaving two very satisfied customers behind, namely me and my wife. Bravo, Darren!

I purchased a new garage door opener / installation yesterday and was asked to review the experience and technician. I'm happy to do so but the email I received contained a link that didn't work and it was from an email that doesn't accept reply emails. I tried to find a way to do so on the website but it seems you can't. Brian was professional punctual, courteous, and helpful.
