I purchased a new garage door opener / installation yesterday and was asked to review the experience and technician. I'm happy to do so but the email I received contained a link that didn't work and it was from an email that doesn't accept reply emails. I tried to find a way to do so on the website but it seems you can't. Brian was professional punctual, courteous, and helpful.

My garage door system was old and in need of repair. I found Precision Door on Google and took the risk calling them. Thank goodness I did. Their technician, Travis, was excellent. He explained what was wrong with my system and provided options to upgrade/repair it. He did the work expertly and quickly and we now have garage doors that work perfectly and are MUCH quieter. I highly recommend Precision Door and Travis!

Was here first thing in the morning, as requested, completed the job within an hour! After completing, he went over everything he did and supplied us with the remotes and outside key-pad. I'm pleased to write a very positive report about Darron's work. He first diagnosed the problem - a burned out motor on the garage opener in one bay. He said the solution was a new motor and then described the costs and features of two different models. I chose the model with a built-in battery backup. He installed that model, installed an exterior door opener, and then provided two hand-held openers, one for each of our autombiles. All told, he did excellent work, leaving two very satisfied customers behind, namely me and my wife. Bravo, Darren!
