Although there was a scheduling problem with the original technician (Travis got significantly delayed by another customer and could not get here in the scheduled time slot) the office was able to schedule Francisco for later the same day and he took care of my repair. He was knowledgeable, polite, and carefully cleaned up after his work. I will recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.

On Sunday, June 28 Ricardo Clerigo was here to repair my garage door opener. Ricardo called 30 minutes before arriving, gave an approximate time he would arrive and was he at that time. He was courteous and professional and took the time to diagnose the issues and explained everything clearly to help me make an informed decision. I was originally going to get a second/third opinion but no need after the professionalism and service I received. I felt comfortable I was getting an honest opinion so Ricardo will be back in a few days to complete the install. Precision has a great business model, that is hire good honest people! I would not recommend any other company.

The technician came on schedule and did a very good job of figuring out why our garage door was occasionally sticking and jamming. He fixed the problem (worn out parts in the cables, pulleys, and springs) after first giving me a decent range of three estimates for repairs: cheap, medium, and expensive with warrantees to match. I felt like I was in good hands, especially after calling another vendor a few weeks before who couldn't find the problem and basically tried to sell me an entirely new door.

Needed service and saw your website after. Google search. Chose to call you for your claim 24/7 within 4 hrs guaranteed. After calling, your customer service person claimed there wouldn't be anyone available till Monday. I was disappointed and ticked off after my interpretation of your web site. I thought it was really misleading. However your customer rep put me on hold and was able to fined one of your technicians Leo to come out by 3:30. I was happy at the reply. Turns out my out let has broken where door opener is plugged in. Leo helped me get things set up till I have an electrician repair the outlet. We called Precision when our garage door opener quit unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon. It happened to be one of the coldest weekends we've had so far this winter. I was excited to learn that their technicians work on Sundays at no additional charge. Brian came the next day, after calling to let me know he would be running late, and again to tell me he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would, was extremely polite, and gave us his opinion regarding repairing versus replacing our 13 year old unit. We opted to replace and Brian set to work in our freezing garage for 1 1/2 hours to get us working again. We were 100% satisfied with our experience and will definitely call Precision to replace our other door (when it is warmer weather, of course!). Travis and Paul showed up precisely on time, they quickly diagnosed a series of issues with the garage door and I was amazed when they said they had all the parts they needed to fix a rather old, antiquated opener on the service vehicle. While I had a nice warm cup of coffee, they recabled one track, replaced a broken pulley, replaced and rewired a remote opener and made all the adjustments needed to get it all running perfectly. Precision is now my go-to company for garage door issues. A perfect service experience.

A solid FIVE from the person answering the phone to the technician providing the service. I called and was able to get an appointment the very next day. The technician arrived on time and clearly explained what was involved in the service. He then did some quick trouble shooting on one of my doors not closing properly before performing maintenance.
