I just wanted to let you know what a great job Precision did for us recently. Your area manager, Glenn Gualtieri, was responsive and easy to deal with. He was very informative and helpful in making decisions without getting push or trying to oversell. Your installation team was equally professional and easy to work with. The first time we used your services (Oct. 2011), I was very impressed with your office personnel and mostly your technician Darren. The repair the first time went very smoothly and exceeded my expectations as far as time and the knowledge of the product. My next service was today 4/16/12 and once again we had Darren who with out a doubt did his job flawlessly. I have given the Precision name to many other people as the company to deal with. We have decided to change our 3 units in the near future even though we are not having trouble but just to upgrade and once again be dealt with in the most professional manor.

Darren arrived on time Sat. morning. After a brief discussion about the work needed and the cost involved along with a call to his office, we agreed on the work to be performed and the price. Again, the work was completed in a timely manner with no mess left behind. Darren is a very pleasant individual and represents the company well.

The cable for my door broke and Darren was able to come by earlier then appointed, and this was appreciated since my cars were inside. He performed the repairs and gauged the health of my door system. I did have a couple of other items replaced in order to not have another issue in the near future. The cost was higher then expected, but good work and good parts always cost more. If I have another issue, this is the company I will call again.

Wonderful job and warm service by Rick! He immediately diagnosed the reason our door had failed and clearly explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. Precision was able to give me service within 3 hours after I called. Justin worked fast and did a very good job of repairing my garage door cables, springs, etc. and even put in a new wall keyboard that I had been wanting to do for a long time.
