I had my garage door rebuilt by Precision in October 2014 and was very satisfied with the great service. Today I was even more satisfied when I experienced a problem and the guarantee was honored. I called and got next day service. Darren was exceptional, professional, friendly, and very skilled. He told me "don't worry, I will take care of things", and indeed he did. It is nice to find a company that honors its warranty and gives great service. Thank you!!!!

My new garage door is beautiful. It makes everything look better. I will need the other garage door replaced in the late Spring...as soon as all of the snow melts. I was very pleased by the service. My initial contact was with Travis who made everything seem simple. My technician for installation was Ray. Both young men were gentlemen and their knowledge was comforting...also the expert way Ray, in about 2 hours, took out and replaced my existing door...and took the debris away!!! Thanks for all of our help. See you in the Spring.

Darren was my technician,he was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be repaired and gave me an approximate estimate. He completed the job quickly and neatly. I also felt like I was charged fairly. I had another company here last year and I felt like I was overcharged. I will definitely use Precision again in the future.

Justin was prompt and courteous. I truly appreciated the phone call 15 minutes before his arrival. He identified the problem, fixed it, then let me know what to look for to be ahead of the curve the next time there was a problem. Fees charged were reasonable, especially given the very quick turnaround for a Sunday morning appointment. I am very pleased with my experience Precision. I will not hesitate to call the next time there is a problem.

Technician arrived on-time, diagnosed the problem and explained what had caused the door to malfunction. He was also thorough in explaining the repair. Precision answered my call immediately and sent someone out to perform the repair within a few hours. They sent a confirmation email for the appointment and a copy of the invoice when the work was done.
