Leonardo arrived w/helper at time promised. Both were very polite and knowledgeable. After review of my equipment, I was told I required new pulleys. I then asked about 1 of my remotes not working. Within 2 minutes Leonardo's helper had the remote working again. All work completed within about 15 mins. Then to my delight I was told there would be no charge due to Precision's warranty policy. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Leo R. provided us with Five Star ***** service on Tuesday, 5/12/15. One of our ancient garage door openers (25+ years) had become inoperable, and Leo reviewed the situation and patiently explained all options. Given the age of our openers, it made sense to replace them both during Leo's visit, especially in light of the reasonable pricing. We appreciate Leo's scheduling to have been flexible enough to perform what was necessary and to ensure the new set-up functioned as well as it does. Its great having the new technology/security/convenience/lifetime warranty.
