5 stars for Precision. The tech was great, efficient, gave me several options, and answered all my questions. I had already purchased a garage door opener motor with keypad two years ago from Precision, so this was to replace all other moving parts and cables.

Leo R. provided us with Five Star ***** service on Tuesday, 5/12/15. One of our ancient garage door openers (25+ years) had become inoperable, and Leo reviewed the situation and patiently explained all options. Given the age of our openers, it made sense to replace them both during Leo's visit, especially in light of the reasonable pricing. We appreciate Leo's scheduling to have been flexible enough to perform what was necessary and to ensure the new set-up functioned as well as it does. Its great having the new technology/security/convenience/lifetime warranty. It was a pleasure meeting Leo who represents your company well, and did a great job explaining the transition to new products. Thanks!

This was 5* service. Rick's professionalism was beyond expectations. We returned from vacation to find our old garage door wouldn't open to let our car out. He was here in a couple of hours and replaced the system on the spot. We were so impressed we called him back to replace the garage door. Precision was able to give me service within 3 hours after I called. Justin worked fast and did a very good job of repairing my garage door cables, springs, etc. and even put in a new wall keyboard that I had been wanting to do for a long time.

Leonardo arrived w/helper at time promised. Both were very polite and knowledgeable. After review of my equipment, I was told I required new pulleys. I then asked about 1 of my remotes not working. Within 2 minutes Leonardo's helper had the remote working again. All work completed within about 15 mins. Then to my delight I was told there would be no charge due to Precision's warranty policy. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
