Roberto Clerigo was the technician. He phoned to tell me he would be a bit late. Showed up as promised. He was polite, diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. Also helped out on a broken wireless opener which he replaced. Good job.

Precision Door Service is the best service I have found. They have maintained and repaired my over-sized and very heavy wooden double garage door for 2 years now. I really appreciate the fact that they are helping me preserve this door. They are always available, prompt, and very capable. Francisco is wonderful here in Fairfield County!!

The company that installed and repaired my garage door did not perform to my satisfaction last time: no show one time and then unable to make appt. because the workman left his tools at another job. Precision verified appt date/time by email with a picture of the repairman expected to do the work. He was on time and a pleasure to work with. The door opener was fixed quickly. He did bring to my attention a frayed cable and even though I did have the additional work done there was no "hard sell" to do the work.

Five stars! Best service experience. Great appointment setting and knowledgeable product recommendations over the phone. Installation rep was amazing and helpful. Fastest service response time in the history of service calls! I placed a call to Precision and within 5 minutes I had received confirmation of my appointment AND a call from technician Darren O. Darren was at my house within 10 minutes of my initial call to Precision. Darren took care of the issue with my garage door within moments and inspected my garage door. I still cannot believe how fast this was taken care of. I will definitely use Precision again in the future. I will also tell everyone I know how great my experience with Precision was!!!

Your service is very fast and attentive which is appreciated. however I WAS NOT INITIALLY TOLD MY FULL OPTIONS AS TO PRICING OF NEW MOTORS AND THEREFORE DECIDED NOT TO SPEND THE MONEY AND RETAIN THE OLD WHICH LOOKS TERRIBLE.

I usually do not write these comments for every service I receive, but I believe firm has earned it's five stars! I have used this company three times. Ones to install an old garage door I got from a friend. That door lasted 15 years. They ones fixed a few rollers and stuff. This time the whole thing needed to be replaced with new. Your prompt and attentive service is flawless! Production time of a few weeks is acceptable and the cost was very competitive. Your installation crew (Greg & Paul) did a great job, fast and efficient. The door looks and works great! Only thing I would correct with this firm is it's name. It should be called Five Star Overhead Precision Door Service, because they have earned the name…I recommend them with no reservations..

He could not have been more accomplished or delightful to work with. His work was excellent and we have already recommended your firm to several friends. Precision Door easily scheduled my repair appointment over the phone. The garage door technician, Ricardo Clerigo, called prior to his arrival and showed up on time as scheduled. Ricardo was polite and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my garage door issues in short order and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He explained what was going to be fixed and he did an overall checkup on the entire door, motor etc. Half an hour after Ricardo arrived he was done and the door is now working great. I will definitely be a Percision door customer going forward. I hope all of the technicians are as efficient, knowledgeable and courteous as Ricardo Clerigo.
