First, Doug I am impressed that you would ask for a review. But I can only give you two stars. I was charged $219 for the LM circuit board. I have since checked around and I should have been charged $100. I called Overhead door and Raynor to verify this. Now I know that Overhead door charges $100 for a service call so they quoted me $200 total. Do you have an explanation why I paid more than double?
Steve, I'm sorry you are disappointed. Thats the last thing we want from our customers. Our prices are designed to be competitive but are not always the lowest. I hope you can see the value we provided by the quality of our work and more importantly the quality of our employees. Everyone of them are drug and background tested regularly. I know that is not the case with most of the companies in the industry. That being said... if you want us to come back and remove the circuit board call us. Best wishes Doug

I was glad that Rick was sent to fix my garage door. He diagnosed the problem in a minute and the door was fixed in the next 5 minutes. If I ever need a repair or new garage door in the future I will certainly call Precision.

Darren was great! He replaced all my worn-out parts with brand new ones and did it in a jiffy. He showed experience & know-how (I'm doing MY job over 30 years so it's easy for me to identify)and is a nice guy to boot. My door mechanism, which sounded like someone chopping down a tree, can now barely be heard. It's THAT smooth & quiet.

The service technician arrived on time as per the schedule. He evaluated the problem and discussed a plan for the repair including the option for an ongoing contract for any future problems. This option seemed too expensive and we opted for correction of the problem. This was done well to best of my knowledge. The garage door opened and closed normally. A work warranty for 90 days was described. I would rate the service 5, of course this will depend ultimately on wheter the problem will recurr as has happened in the past.
