I was glad that Rick was sent to fix my garage door. He diagnosed the problem in a minute and the door was fixed in the next 5 minutes. If I ever need a repair or new garage door in the future I will certainly call Precision.

Darren was great! He replaced all my worn-out parts with brand new ones and did it in a jiffy. He showed experience & know-how (I'm doing MY job over 30 years so it's easy for me to identify)and is a nice guy to boot. My door mechanism, which sounded like someone chopping down a tree, can now barely be heard. It's THAT smooth & quiet.

The service technician arrived on time as per the schedule. He evaluated the problem and discussed a plan for the repair including the option for an ongoing contract for any future problems. This option seemed too expensive and we opted for correction of the problem. This was done well to best of my knowledge. The garage door opened and closed normally. A work warranty for 90 days was described. I would rate the service 5, of course this will depend ultimately on wheter the problem will recurr as has happened in the past.

Travis was very knowledgable and explained everything that needed to be done and why it was necessary to do it. He was on time which doesn't happen often with service personel. Angie's list recommendation was how I chose Precision. I was given an 8:00AM to 12:00PM window and was told that the technician would contact me about a half hour before he would arrive. The tech called at about 8:15AM and said he would be here shortly after 8:30AM and he arrived around 8:40 AM. I was very pleased with his knowledge, courtesy and pleasant attitude. I would definitely recommend and use Precision again in the future.

Precision provided great service. Everything required was on the truck - high quality springs, rollers, etc. The technician, Rick C was very good explaining what was needed and how the door should work when properly installed. He completed the work in approximately one hour and it now works great. Precision recommends high quality parts and provides a lifetime guarantee. That however makes it pricey.

I was not happy with the response I received from my previous vendor when presenting the problem with my garage door opening by itself. Richard C. responded to our concerns, gave us his recommendation, explained the price, and pointed out other problems with the mechanism we had in place. In addition to installing a new circuit board to address the problem with the door opening unexpectedly,he saw that the spring and cable were hanging and not supporting the door correctly. He installed new springs and starter cables. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and did the repair work on the spot. We also liked the lifetime guarantee he gave us. I felt very confident with his knowledge and professionalism.

Found Precision through mobile internet. Precision responded with a tech(Rick C.) onsite within the hour. Tech was able to temporary repair ~25 yr old composite door securing the house and recommended replacement with steel. Tech was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient.

We had a very positive experience. Travis called before he came, and came during the earlier part of the "window" we'd set aside. He was courteous, knowledgable, pleasant, and quick. I chose Precision Door because of their excellent rating on Angie's List. I could not be happier! A door I could barely lift now moves easily. I was called on my cell phone by the technician - Rich - when he was 15 minutes away, which I really appreciated. He arrived promptly during the appointment time that was set up in advance. One visit was scheduled during horrific weather. Blowing and drifting snow, and temperatures below 10 degrees. I was called first thing in the morning to let me know that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. No kidding!! The woman was apologetic, and there was no need for that. It was rescheduled at my convenience. You can't go wrong with these guys. I highly recommend them.
