Repairman was prompt, courteous & very helpful. He did what NEEDED to be done & recommended what SHOULD be done. His lubrication of the garage door system was very helpful, as we lost power that night & it wasn't restored for 3 days. It would have been impossible to open & close the door manually without his servicing it. We both forgot to replace the cover on the system's light, but that will get taken care of ultimately.

Bought new door and opener. The salesman and the installation crew were very knowledgible and courteous. Did a clean and good installation and was willing to complete the job per my request. Did not hurry up and leave until they explained the operation and went thru the entire installation patiently. Very pleased.

Ben was excellent and competent with a very pleasant demeanor. However, your Yellow Pages ads were very misleading. The information indicates you carry "All major Brands" and "Lifetime Warranty." Neither of these are true, which is the reason I would not recommend Precision. I research products I wish to purchase and feel disappointed and mislead, particularly as a BBB business member. No stars.

Ruth, Thank you for taking my phone call. To review the discussion we had today. We do service all major brands but when my technician inspected your existing 18 year old Craftsman Motor we found that first it was inoperable due to a short circuit. Additionally, it was 18 years old, near the end if not past it's expected life cycle. We also noted that it was not UL325 compliant as it had no safety eyes. To repair this motor would have been throwing good money after bad. That is why my technician Ben recommended replacement. As for the Warranty, we will give lifetime warranties on garage door repairs and not motors. However, I have extended the manufacturer warranty to you from their standard to a lifetime warranty guaranteed by Precision Door. Once again thank you for taking my phone call, it is important for me and my company to receive comments, both good and bad. It will enable me to improve my company and staff as well as ensure our longevity.

Travis took the time to explain the difference between repairing and old garage door or replacing it. We decided to replace it. The installer came within the scheduled time. Once he was done, he took the time to explain how to operate the garage door. A job well done.

Our door stopped working only last evening. So I was pleased to find your site first thing this morning, get an actual person on the line right away (Lisa), and set up a service call for the same day. Darren called to let me know he was on his way and when he got there he sized up the problem quickly. After giving me a number of solution options I decided to go for a replacement part / repair and he got right to it. As it turns out he needed one more small part to complete the job and he started calling around and located one. He'll be back in the morning to complete the job and that suits me fine.

The service technician was very polite and seemed honest the way he represented himself as a company representative. He explained what to be done with my garage problem. He speaks with conviction ,giving advantages and disadvantages between the parts to be replaced and he wanted to be sure that I understood . He waited patiently for my decision . He is not the type of pushing /pressuring customer to buy the expensive parts or the one he likes. He deals with me professionally.

Very efficient company from customer service rep Joshua who listened to my problem and set up my appointment for the following day. Travis the technician called about half hour before coming and was able to diagnose problem, check entire operating and safety controls, and gave me prices for the 2 alternatives, repair or replace. I chose to replace based on age of prior opener, and from info I gave Joshua, Travis had exact replacement opener or part that I might need on the truck. Within an hour and 15 minutes of arriving he was done. At the finish Travis gave me the checklist and detailed statement, and the price for the new and updated Liftmaster with 2 remotes and new keypad was $35 less than my previous install 10 years ago without keypad. Thanks Travis, Joshua and the rest of the Precision team.
