Extremely happy with the service I received today. Luke, the technician called to let me know he was on the way. When he got there he went over the details of what needed to be done and gave me options. No pressure at all to do anything I didn't think need to be done. I did not know Precision. I took a chance. The first good sign was the receptionists who was very polite. She said next week was the earliest. I asked if we could have our repair the next day. She said "I will try". After waiting a short time she arranged for the next AM. Perfect. Luke arrived right on time, was very professional, informative, polite and friendly. Again a perfect combination. I would not go anywhere else.

Precision's website gave me a feeling that it was a professional outfit. It showed that the company has seriousness to it, more meat than the meat-color. My door problems were diagnosed to be due to bad pulleys and rollers. While I accepted that but I rejected the sparse three month warranty on the installation. After discussion the company gave me the desired one year warranty. Jared was professional. Let's see how the work holds. I recommend that the company give at least one year warranty on all parts.

About 7 months ago we had major work performed on both garage doors by Precision. Our experience was outstanding. On Friday 7/20 one of the safety eye wires became disconnected. It was 5:45PM and we called the office. The office answered promptly and made sure we understood what we needed to do to lower the door in a safe manner. The service person told us Rick C. would arrive Saturday between 2 & 4PM & would call 30 minutes before arrival. Rick called as promised and arrived on time. He spent time explaining what needed to be adjusted and then completed the work to our satisfaction. Rick was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any and all work needed. Rick serves as an excellent example of Precision’s customer oriented philosophy.

If we could give a ten star rating to Precision, we certainly would! Jesse was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and technically proficient. He explained in detail what was needed to repair our garage door cables, springs, and other mechanics. As an aside, the day before, a flying spring had crashed next to my husband. It could have resulted in a possible fatality. Jesse strongly recommended checking the equipment periodically for safety's sake. Since we will be selling our home soon, we will transfer Precision's warranty to the new owners to keep them safe. The sticker is posted under the garage door opener! Thank you Precision!

He replaced the extension springs and insulation on door bottom and checked everything out to see things were in working order and explained everything as he went along. Great experience all around. Old house, old garage, ancient garage door, no opener - no problem from sales to installation. Installation of a new door and an automatic opener (woo hoo!) took less than a day. The price was really a shock - less than $2000. for the whole thing! I should have done this years ago! I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I was with my service! I called for a repair to my 20-year old doors/mechanism that had only been serviced once in that time and were malfunctioning. Jared was EXTREMELY patient in working through the options and costs with me and when we were through, I decided to get new quiet belt drives. I am blown away by how much of an upgrade and difference this mechanism is! My old doors were old and were rattling, but yet, I've kept the same doors but now they are smooth and as quiet as a mouse due to the new belts. I can't believed I lived with the old mechanisms for 2 decades. I called and got an appointment next day which fit perfectly in my schedule. Jared and Wentzel arrived right on time, and immediately figured out that my garage door needed new rollers. The old rollers were replaced with new ones, and Jared tested the door and everything worked fine. They also adjusted the chain because it was loose. My two garage doors were years out of service and non-operational. Broken springs, cables, pulleys and rusted rollers I needed them replaced or possibly rebuilt, and to have garage door openers installed. The office staff was very accommodating when it came to making an appointment, and their technician, Jared W. called ahead of time to confirm and came when he said he would. He was very polite and informed, and advised me of what was needed and what wasn't. I agreed with his assessment and he and another technician who joined him completed the upgrade and installed the two openers in freezing cold (single digit) temperatures. From two aged non-functioning doors to two that work perfectly! Smooth, quiet and confidence inspiring. Thank you Jared for a great job! I couldn't be happier.

The whole experience from initial call to final completion of service exceeded our expectations. The technicians Jessie and Rick were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Jessie took his time and examined every mechanism. He then showed us the problem areas & patiently explained our options and costs. Upon completion of the work Jessie ensured everything was functioning properly to our satisfaction and that we understood all the options. The crew replaced both garage door motors, rollers, springs and associated smart controllers. Jessie made sure the work place was spotless before he left. Having the workers arrive in clean uniforms, prominently displayed name tags, a clean new looking van, while also being able to go online and see a picture & read a bio of your technician is a major plus.
