Absolutely exceptional!! I couldn't be happier!! From the extremely professional staff when I called to the tech that performed the work it all was a great experience!!! Travis did a great job installing a new garage door opener last month when my old one broke without warning. He was careful and thorough, and he explained everything, helping me to decide which model and features to select. I am very pleased with the result. He also fixed the garage door in the other bay, which was not working properly.

We found Precision I'm the local phone book this morning. We were told the service man would be here between 1-5 today. He arrived at 4:45. Travis looked at the garage door and diagnosed what the problem was. Travis made suggestions which we agreed to and did the repairs. He finished the repair quickly. He was very pleasant and personable. He as truly an asset to your company. On a scale from 1-5 I give Precision Door and Travis 5 stars. I would call them again and recommend them to any of my friends. Thank you!

Justin was 30 minutes early, called 15 minutes before he arrived, was professional, personable and efficient. He evaluated the door promptly and was clear about pricing. He also assessed and inspected the system and left it in excellent working order. It performed better than when originally installed! As a pilot,drug testing should be universal, particularly for those at the controls.

I liked about your openness on your same day service, back ground checks on your employees, commitment on the service. One of my garage door cables were broken and I saw your advertisement on the web and wanted to try your service. The technician was good and repaired it within an hour. Things are back to normal and looks good.
