Darren arrived promptly, diagnosed the problems quickly and explained our options clearly. Within an hour, he installed our new whisper-quiet opener. Darren was my technician,he was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be repaired and gave me an approximate estimate. He completed the job quickly and neatly. I also felt like I was charged fairly. I had another company here last year and I felt like I was overcharged. I will definitely use Precision again in the future.

Things were fixed quickly and I appreciated not being pressured into buying anything extra although we did end up buying more for the extra warranty. Fixed good as new.

My new garage door is beautiful. It makes everything look better. I will need the other garage door replaced in the late Spring...as soon as all of the snow melts. I was very pleased by the service. My initial contact was with Travis who made everything seem simple. My technician for installation was Ray. Both young men were gentlemen and their knowledge was comforting...also the expert way Ray, in about 2 hours, took out and replaced my existing door...and took the debris away!!! Thanks for all of our help. See you in the Spring.

I just wanted to let you know what a great job Precision did for us recently. Your area manager, Glenn Gualtieri, was responsive and easy to deal with. He was very informative and helpful in making decisions without getting push or trying to oversell. Your installation team was equally professional and easy to work with.
