Justin replaced the springs on my garage door with the correct ones. He came within the time indicated, called me before coming and performed the work quickly and professionally. He also gave me some excellent advice concerning the care of my garage door. The price was higher then I expected, but given the quality of the work, I feel that it was worth it.

Glenn, the sales rep, gave me all my options, did not pressure me, and after checking out other companies, gave me enough security and confidence to go with Precision. From there, Theresa was always a pleasure on the phone and responsive to emails, I have to say the technicians, Sam and Rodrigo, were the best!
