Justin replaced the springs on my garage door with the correct ones. He came within the time indicated, called me before coming and performed the work quickly and professionally. He also gave me some excellent advice concerning the care of my garage door. The price was higher then I expected, but given the quality of the work, I feel that it was worth it.

Darren replaced all or most of the parts for the garage door since it had been very noisy and moving poorly. Now it is quiet and working beautifully. I looked on the internet for a garage company. My garage door spring broke on Sunday night. I was impressed that you have 24/7 real people answering the phones. The lady was very nice and told me that she would arrange for a first appt.on Monday morning, as I needed to leave my house early. Darren was also very nice and helpful in helping me out.

Amazing...from start to finish. I had a new garage door installed. I am so pleased with the quality and professionalism of everyone I had contact with. Glenn, the sales rep, gave me all my options, did not pressure me, and after checking out other companies, gave me enough security and confidence to go with Precision. From there, Theresa was always a pleasure on the phone and responsive to emails, I have to say the technicians, Sam and Rodrigo, were the best! They were personable, worked efficiently and as a team, and had great senses of humor. Overall, I felt taken cared of. Its nice to have that nowadays.
