My garage door opener is too old for repair parts but appreciated the techs estimate on a new garage door opener. Awesome staff, professional and took the time to discuss my concerns and answer all my questions . Will definitely use Precision when it’s in my budget for the replacement.

Got fabulous service from your technician Soner Erol, a very nice young man. He arrived on schedule, diagnosed the problem with my overhead door .. and quickly fixed it. I did not even have to ask whether it was covered by warranty. He immediately volunteered that my warranty meant that I owed no money for the service.

My old garage door opener was broken and I wasn't sure whether it could be repaired, but was hoping so because budget was a big concern. Brian the technician was professional, very pleasant and super efficient! He didn't have the part on his truck, so he called the warehouse and they didn't have it either. Given that it was a very old part, and LiftMaster has been behind in restocking old parts amid the pandemic, he suggested replacing the motor, sensors and keypad using the existing chain system. It was a more affordable solution than upgrading to an entirely new system. He didn't have the right motor in his truck, so he called and found a colleague nearby who had one and delivered one right away so Brian could get the work done. Very happy with the service.

Leonardo Rosado is amazing. Our garage door broke down and he saved the day. My garage door would not open during a snow storm on a weekend. Precision was the only company to answer the phone. I read good things online about them so went with them. Carlos was my technician. He called twice to update me on his arrival time. He was very polite and friendly. He explained what was wrong and went over all my options. He performed the work quickly. Leo came by for a short while to help and was very friendly as well. The experience was as good as it could possibly be and I would not hesitate to use Precision again or recommend them to anyone.
